Styling removing plastic dash casing covering metal original on 500L

I have heard that under the black plastic dash cover on a fiat 500L (1972) square speedo there lies the original metal one. Can anyone tell me how you actually remove it as cannot find anything online...thankyou all

I'm also new here, and so am not fully conversant with the forum layout and categories.
However it seems to me that you (may have) been caught out by the fact that there is a contemporary Fiat 500L, and this section appears to be aimed at those vehicles.
It seems that the 1960-70's Fiat 500 (including the original 500L) are in the sector titled "500 ( Classic)"... https://www.fiatforum.com/forums/500-classic.162/
I may be wrong, but I do wonder if your thread would be more likely to receive the correct attention in there ??
(If I'm indeed mistaken, perhaps more seasoned forum members will enlighten me )
