Removing excess tigerseal?

Hey peeps, put on ma Abarth sideskirts on Friday but did'nt really do a clean job of it. Tigerseal can be seen around the edges, and ma car being the same colour as Karls, really makes it visible. Can people advise me what would be the best way of covering them?

I was thinking i put a nice and even layer of tigerseal around the top of the skirts n then get sum touch-up paint to cover it?

Would this be recommended by any of u's?

Its extremely hard removing excess tigerseal on the car. Are your skirts genuine as theres no need to run tigerseal on the top. Theres a ridge on genuine ones for the sealant that is hidden when pressed to the car.

Yes, mine are genuine and i did run the tigerseal through the line you're talking aboput Joske, but still managed to mess it up:( Do u think my idea of touching it up with paint is advisable?

Or what can I use to remove the excess tigerseal? I did manage to get some of with my nails without scratchin the car tho.

Touching it up would only last for so long, as the paint will crack off when the skirt flexes however tigerseal can be painted on after its cured.

I've no idea what can be used to remove it.

Ok mate. What I was thinking is seeing that I could peel it of with minimal effort really, maybe if I went to my local Sainsbury's and tried jetwashing it off?

You think it might work if I keep spraying long enough?

Or am I going down the wrong path?
