Removing dents

Ive got a dent on the rear quarter panel, its narrowish, looks like a door has been opened onto it rather than say, a football has hit it. Are these dent remover things you can but any good? Does anyone have any recommendations?

If you stuck up a photo of the dent someone will no doubt tell you whats best for it.

i got a local What Dent bloke out to remove mine, £40 to remove quit a bad dent on the drivers rear qtr aswell as a small one on the same panel, have a search for "dent remover" on yell.com
