For best results you need to buy a spudger tool (

(the blue type , heavy duty /wide blade) and introduce into the gap around the lower perimeter of the inner door panel (lower and both side edges) and the metal work of the inner door.... and gently spudge !!

They are pretty tough clips so they take some spudging to release, there's about ten such clips round the perimeter.
I seem to remember there's also two more screws (hidden behind two more round covers) on the side edge of the panel nearest the door latch mech over on the left of the pic
To avoid marring the paintwork, I'd also suggest apply some 2inch wide masking tape on the paintwork you are levering against.
The panel will gradually pop off the clips and you'll be able to get your fingers in instead of the spudger tool)
...and it just hangs on the top edge, so hinge it outwards at the bottom once the perimeter clips are all released, and lift.
Disconnect the speaker cable and unclip the door handle release by moving the white retaining clip (it should become obvious when you see it)
Then just remove the panel complete
