Anything With Tits or Wheels Will Cost You MONEY!!

right

for the wing.....firstly take off the bumper this is fairly simple. there are two 10mm bolts connecting the bumper to each wing (take off wheel and internal mud guards). there are a few more 10mm bolts underneath the bumper and two 13mm underneath connecting the bumper to the down member from the chasis. the bonnet stay cross piece needs to come off (watch out for the bonnet release cable and the alarm sensor) there are i belive 6 13mm bolts holding it on, with two 8mm studs holding the radiator in place, and two 10mm bolts in each headlight (headlights needs to come out also). Dissconnect the fog light cable and the headlight washer hose [this is connected to the filler bottle and will drain all the water, so be careful or you will get wet!!]

now that the bumper is off...take off the bonnet four 10mm bolts..dead easy but use caution we dont want any dents!!

take out the internal mud guards from the inside of the wing and if you have them take off the side skirts (simply screwed from underneath, then cliped from the side, gently pull after the screws are undone)

there is a 6mm allen bolt under where the side skirt is and also a posidrive screw bolt just above it (open the door) whilst the door is open towards the top of the wing there is another 6mm allen bolt.........then the fun begins.....the bonnet hinges need to be removed this is done by getting right inside the wing with a 13mm ratchet (long bit is ideal) there are two 13mm bolts and a 10mm bolt which is difficult to see.... once the hinges are out there is a 6mm allen bolt visible where they were this needs to be removed also..... there are two easy ones in the engine bay (6mm allen bolts) then there are a couple more that would be unaccessable without removing the bumper....

After all these are removed then the wing is only held in by the sealant, with a stanley knife and carfull use of either a slotted screwdriver or small crowbar prise away the wing from the rest of the car.

On a more simple note the doors are held in by two 10mm bolts (very Tight) these bolts are in the door hinges themselves.

Sorry for the blabin hope this helps

Steve
