Technical Relays

Hi
We have a 97 two litre EL petrol and the fan has not been working for a long time but today i seem to have fixed it - can anyone tell me what the relays next to the fuse box are for because one of them seemed to have burnt out - so I changed it for another green one but I am not sure what this was for in the first place. I would really appreciate some advice as my wife is taking the car to England tomorrow night.

Hi Ade

I've just been out to check my 97 EL and can confirm that the green relay above the orange relay beside the fusebox behind the glovebox is for the front electric windows and the green relay below the orange relay is for the blower.

Hope this makes sense.
