What's the worst that can happen? You get a narked-off text back. Just leave it. I had exactly the same situation with a Rover 200 that I bought a couple of years ago which resulted in me losing a substantial amount of money. The garage reckoned that the (female) seller must have known the problems.
Man, it hurts for a bit but you learn, move on and check the next car out better before parting with your cash.
