General Regats passenger side external rear view mirror

Hi guys again,

Was wondering if the 85S Regata came with a passengers side rear view mirror? My car doesnt have one but some Regata do?

Where can I get one from and is there any dramas in fitting them? The drivers side one is pretty good but the black casing looks very weathered from age. Are these easy bits to get hold of?

As i know, they do not came with passenger rear view mirror, at least here they did not.

Pablo, Thanks for getting back to me. My Regata has only got the drivers side mirror.I was just wondering how hard it would be to find passenger side one.

Regata's were available with passenger side mirror, my dad's wagon had the passenger side mirror fitted. From what I remember it whether they had the passenger mirror fitted was hit and miss affair. Some car's had, some didn't.

As for availability, I wouldn't know, it's been ages since I have had to buy Fiat parts. Have you tried asking through the Fiat Car Club of NSW? They should know where parts are available in Sydney, or maybe if someone is wrecking a Regata.

2 days ago i saw a regatta 100 with a passenger rear view mirror of a Duna / Uno added. If you get one of those mirrors it should be easy to adapt.
