Depends really, what do you mean by refurb?
Just genral re-condition or twin seals and 360 roller bearing?
I think owen devolpments are turbo specilaist[if i rember right]
To be honist tho there are loads of places to chose from.

Refurb, like new seals and spindel or shaft!
Could you maybe get a better turbo for the money you would spent on getting that re-con?
If it is the turbo that comes standard on the 20vt?

Had a Quote for £220 including 360 thust bearing

looks like a ok place, id go for it.
If I was going to refurb my turbo,I would go for a stage 3 with 62 trim wheel.

Don't forget supporting mods or it will just be turbo laaaaaaag .
.As Chris said,you really need to sort all the other stuff out before you put that turbo in.
I did everything first....brakes,suspension,tyres,paddle clutch,FMIC,induction,EBC,exhaust plus a good service and a good check over by a fiat specialist before I went for a stage 1 turbo and remap (290bhp)
Scrimp on the boring stuff and it will either go bang or won't be much fun driving it mate.
When I say "boring stuff",I also mean things like drop links,wishbones, rad,brake lines etc.........which also cost me a packet getting them done as well.
Get it right and you will really enjoy the experience.

Yes i agree Guy's,
So if you no of anyone selling FMIC,EXHAUST that will be a bonus.
I am all ready running a stage 1 chip and KN pannel filter as i do not like induction kits!
So i am looking for FMIC and Exhaust then a stage 2 remap!
