i don't know how many of you have seen this screen after posting

but its there to stop you from posting the same message twice

now i come in to fiat forum and can easily catch up on whats said in a thread post, move ontot the next thread and do the same again all well within 30secs

so i thought i'd ask if anybody fancied having the timer reduced somewhat- hence the poll

so lets take a vote

it should be reduced to 15 seconds now... if it works, it means i was on the rite line, which means it could be changed to anything should it need be (we don't really want off incase we do get an outrite spammer!)
