Red Dot Pads and discs

Are the 40 grove one any good for the HGT? or would someone like to recommend another brand!

surely 40 groove wouldnt be that effective on the HGT?! less braking surface area? I would of thought d+g discs or maybe even 20 grooved ones.

6 groove are best.

Remember the more grooves the less area for the pad to act on.

The grooves help cooling and keep the pads clean, they do not add to the friction.

So what pads should i get with them?

Are poweralfa discs any good? on powerfiat.com with red dot pads?
