Hello everyone,

First let me introduce myself, I am French and I have a big problem with my fiat 500, I use an English translator so please excuse me for understanding.

I own a Fiat 500 1.2 Lounge model 69ch 2008

1 week ago, I have big concerns of engine start, before the problem was this hot engine, but now the problem is also present cold engine.

the car starts badly, it grazes a long time before starting, 1 time 2 mode it starts damage (can not accelerate and seeing the engine running)

I already changed the battery, ignition coils, spark ignition, the throttle body, the problem is still present.

I invested in a small diagnostic suitcase, the suitcase out the following DTCs me

magneti marelli injection >> "Dtc P0657; voltage actuator open circuit" even if I delete it, the engine is started it reappears "

combined instrument marelli >> "Dtc P3201" but I can not seem to find the source code

I do not know whether starting problems are linked with error codes but I appeal to you for help.

thank you a lot

for the P0657 code, I already checked the relays and relay any preconceptions is concerned, I changed the fuel pump relay and engine.
I clear the error code, it is deleted, but each demarage even normal, the code reappears.

P 3201 code does not disappear

Sorry, but the P3021 is no where listed on the offical fiat service manuals, i suggest that you take the care to the dealership, so they can read out the correct faultcodes.

Btw, is the battery alright?

Just wondering since its bringing up the instrument cluster (the combined instrument). Has the car ever stopped while driving and you had trouble restarting it after that? Or has there been a time when the RPM gauge wasn't working ?

I had a problem with my 2008 1.2 not long after I got it and it turned out to be a faulty RPM sensor and I had problems getting it started since the ECU panicked and kept on flooding the engine due to the RPM sensor.

It is worth getting a mechanic with the FCA official diagnostic tools to look at it since it does sound a lot like a Engine Control problem.
