Recommendations for covering scratches and similar body damage

My Punto II year 2002 has a few scratches, some shallow and some deep, and some little paint has chipped off. The color is E2B (cannot post images since I am new)

I have heard people using nail polish to cover such things. Do you know one which has the same color as my Punto?

Other recommendations are also welcome.

I think with nail polish you should cover very small scratches, but if you plan to keep the car for some year maybe you will be interested in a vehicle wrapping
