General Rear Wiper

The hub for my rear wiper is on the left of the Fiat badge when seen from the rear and my car is LHD. It seems that having on the left would work better on RHD cars given where the wiped area is. It's mostly behind me and not overly useful. Do RHD cars also have it on the left or is it one the right, where I wish mine was?

Hi, My Qubo is the same as yours, the wiper is on the left of the badge. It works o.k., and clears a adequate area for vision.

Cleaning the rear glass & then using 'RainX' or 'Clear Glass' type stuff, and maybe applying and polishing twice
& you hardly need the wiper in winter, it certainly helps keep the area outside the wiper swipe cleaner IME.

(FogX on the inside is also worth while for the winter IMO)

It's odd that Fiat would do that. I'd expect that for LHD cars the wiper hub would be on the right. I'd understand having it on the left for all cars if Italy were a RHD country like the UK and Japan. I guess there's no way to change it since it's the same for all countries.
