The rear wiper on my Bravo MJet 1.9 120 is coming on randomly. By this I mean, I'll be driving along, no wipers at all on, and it'll just... start wiping! It wipes a few times then stops often in the middle of the rear windscreen.
I can't seem to knock it off or reset it by twisting the rear wiper control on the stick.
This happened a few years ago, I took it into a main dealer who couldn't find the problem (and kept asking if I was putting it into reverse, "'cos the rear wiper comes on when you do that, madam, it's a feature of the car") *head desk* - couldn't seem to understand that it was coming on completely randomly and seemed like an electrical fault. Anyway it just went away of its own accord and it's never troubled me again... until now!
