Multipla Rear window winder problems

Hi, we have a Multipla with a sticking back window i.e the winder no longer works and the window keeps dropping, I have had a look for a guide on here with no Joy, I'm not very technical but would appreciate it if any one could point me in the right direction on here please.. Thanks

Hard to say without seeing it but it sounds like you need a new window regulator.
