Rear window heater broken?

My rear window heating element doesnt work, my rear washer jet isnt connected, and the wiper doesnt work, how annoying!!!

But how can i make the heating element work???

Sure its not a connection fault with the boot contacts?

Like Insy said, check the connectors, fuses. Looks like somone fidled with it
