General Rear Suspension Bushes - How do I replace

Hi. Found out today that my Scud has 2 x disintegrated rear suspension bushes.
Can anyone advise on how difficult and the procedure to replace please?

I imagine they are the same as my Doblo they have a male thread on them they just unscrew the nut is captive in the chassis easy to fit.

OP if you mean trailing arm type bushes look at this as there is a nice tip with a drill to get the old ones out
