General rear light and first time pulled by police

hi all how are yah.

i was on the way from the bank when i got pulled by police with my fog lights on i couldnt belive it and then i turned it offbefore he went around the front lucky iv got my driving lincenced on my asked me if i was drinking have you got insurence what i said carnt afford the drink but third party fire and theft with two much two pay he smiled and said did you know your back light out my head just droped i said you kinding he said get it fixed got in his car and drove away.
what confused me he hasnt given me a ticket but should i expect one in the post.
all so went home tryed two get the blub out and droped the other one on the floor by mistake :bang: and carnt get the bulb out so how do you do it.

Sounds like he's used his discretion, and the fact you've already had a bash at changing shows he has got the desired result without having to resort to FPN.

well i can see the point of what he has made but it was nearly 3 in the morning when he pulled me over and no one was on the road but its made me think twice about putting blue lights in the bottom foggs.
