Rear Drum Problem

hi all, ive got a 1.6 bravo sx, whenever i release the brakes i get a very annoying squeak coming from the rear drums. Was wondering if this is a common problem due to cold weather. Basically i wanna know what it is and:
a) will it stop when the weather warms up?
b) do i need to take off the drum and have a look around?

any ideas?

Could be that one of the brake shoes is sticking, or is blocked. Drive around a bit and put your finger on the drum, if its way hotter then the other one the shoe is blocked, if not its just sticking due to the weather
