General Rear door card?? Help needed please!

How do i remove them? As i'm looking at putting some 6x9s there.
And how could i attach them back after??

they just pull off IIRC

ok i'll have a look in a bit. what about putting a piece of wood in place to hold the speaker any idea how to attach that because it looks like the clips that attach the door handle to the door

self tappers will do with a piece of mdf
