General Rear damper price

Hi all, Just wondered if anyone could give me a general idea of what I should be paying for a set of rear shock absorbers for my 1988 Panda 4x4. Just that I got quoted £50 each at my local motor factors and it sounded a bit steep. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

£50 sounds about right, the reason they are so much is because they are specific to the 4x4. They have longer travel than a 2WD one and I think they possibly have different mountings.

General rule to remember, and thats that 4x4 parts are more than 2wd Panda parts and 4x4s can't and shouldn't be run on a budget. Stick to that and all will be good
