General Ready to fly..

Picked up the B from the garage at lunchtime - fully serviced, new cambelt, couple of niggly bits fixed.. have to take it back in a couple of days for a new O/S window switch and then it's ready to tour Europe this summer..

Not a lot of change out of £500 though. But worth it for the peace of mind.

My little lad and I spent a week caning the B around the Isle of Man TT circuit last year, never missed a single beat

Just spent 670.00 euros on, variator, cambelt + , water pump and aircon belt - just in case. Not much money for holiday this year.

Bah! Holiday has had to be downgraded due to pressures of work :bang:

I've had to cancel the second week as I've a project due for delivery on the 22nd and I can't in all fairness clear off for 2 weeks just before it's due.

So we have knocked the idea of crossing the channel on the head and may head down to the south west and do a bit of a cruise around Devon and Cornwall instead. My old man lives in Cornwall and we haven't seen each other for a couple of years (we're not close) so might pop in and say hello. If not, then it's a nice part of the world and hope fully the weather will be like it is today (blue sky and not a cloud to be seen, just for reference ).

Right, I'm off out for a drive..

thats a shame , but even a short drive to the shops is fun
maybe you should come to north wales the road around snowdonia were made for the b one day you should try them.
