Since couple of days i am observing also feeling some Rattling/Vibration sound from my UNO 1242cc petrol ( Centrally fuel injection ), this happens mainly in 1st gear during pick up and also in 2nd gear when car is slow moving and when the clutch is engaged. The sound mainly comes from behind and happens only when car is in traffic????
Pleas help

Hello,
It could be something as simple as the exhaust system rattling (or thumping against the rear axle beam).

Or, if it's more of a roaring noise, it could be the gearbox input shaft bearing as this affects mainly 1st and 2nd gear. This would be a sound from in front and of course it is not simple to fix.

It's really hard to say what it is but I suggest you get under your car and try to shake the exhaust pipe, handbrake cables (especially where they join on top of the rear beam - the exhaust sometimes hits here), handbrake lever (is the cable tight?) and front disc brake shields. I think those are most likely culprits but really, it could be all sorts of things (tailgate catch?)
