Rattle punto

ive gotta mk1 punto with 12" sub n amp but im getting a rattle ive put blue tack behind my number plate and tighted it up, tried facing the sub backwards n forwards and diagnal (cos doesnt fit sideways) but still get this rattle. it sounds like something actually in the boot lid maybe the wiper motor or components?? anyone got ANY ideas im getting really frustrated

For me I put cut out a piece of foam in the shape of the number plate and screwed the plate on the foam.

For the interior I used sound deading foam to cover the who rear side.

I had two distinctive rattles - one was the rear boot lock cable hitting and the other was a bolt running around in the covers.

I had this problem but it was the parcel shelf vibrating inbetween the rubber seal and the plastic i still havt fixed it tho
