Punto (Mk2/2b) Rate My Punto

How would you go about tinting the lights? I love it all, apart from the lights >_< Looks like it has some kind of skin condition *no offence intended*

Just wanted to know what you thought of my punto, not up to the standard i want, but almost there.

Still gota put 6x9s in, tweeters. Want to de badge and take black plastic off sides and paint door mirrors.

Does any1 know how to bridge an amp so that i can run the front speakers seperate from the 6x9s and sub??

i tryed to de badge and under the punto was a gauge out of the paint so i put the lettering back on! i want to take de badge again but the paint underneath one of the letters of punto is quite bad. also does any1 know if you can paint the standard punto mirrors! i want them blue like the car??

thre are no rule, you can paint what you like lol
i painted the end caps on my mirrors to match the car... and the baseplates inside an out... pretty straightforward really, would look good on your car

well not usually my thing those wheels but i'm liking them, if it was lower with some skirts they'd look top..

Daves punto which has been shown is pretty much perfect IMO but its not that 'out there', no offence Dave but abarth front and rear and skirts and spoiler plus wheels and suspension is pretty much it styling wise by the look of it..

You mentioned removing the bump strips on the side. DON'T!! Colour code them, think they look very slab sided without and loose the flowing lines of the car. That just my opinion though. While your at the colour coding, smooth the bump strips on the bumpers abd paint too unless your thinking bodykit.

Keep the lights i like them its just the old men saying they look crap, tinted look shoddy even if you do do a good job.

to be honest mate, i think its quite smart. look past the mods you have done and the bodywork looks like its in really good condition.

lower it, and then see what it looks like, everyone might change their mind about it, its your car at the end of the day - so do what you like .

when did i say i was 'for' his lights?

i said he has good paintwork and the body looks in good condition, when he lowers it it may look alot better...

i hate the lights look very chavy just get the standard lights back but smoke them! and the wheels erm a bit last year lol i dont want to sound mean but not my cup of tea

i no its an old thread but ya may still have the car, i like it, like the lights, smoked ones look good to but these ones aren't that bad IMO, people mod there cars to be different? i like the wheels to, I would say lower it, ya may have already done so, but other then that looks good.

Lights ands alloys are completely wrong. Use genuine Fiat, or quality alloys such as those white Compomotives on Dave's car.
