Technical Random acceleration issue!

Hi

Me again,
OK got a little red cinq 899,
Shes great but has a niggly problem...

Starts fine but ticks over quiet high,
Like it doesn't come off cold start.
Drives OK but when accelerating she sort of doesn't respond,
I'll try and explain, you put you foot down, hard or gently and she shoots off then its like you take ya foot off the throttle but you haven't and even if you do or put it down further it doesn't necesarily change anything, can last a millisecond or a couple of seconds, she doesn't slow down severly but more doesn't increase in acceleration...
Seems to cruise on the motorway OK but still sometimes slows a little and then speeds up again...
The injector light also comes on after about 5 to 10 mins of cruising above 60 mph.

ANY IDEAS WELCOME...

Before you ask, have swapped out the MAPI sensor for another, did initially work but then went back to old ways.
I did also try and get my ECU read at my local friendly Fiat dealer but couldn't justy £69.95 + VAT!!!

most likely fueling i reckon, only real way is to get the ecu read in afraid, try to find an independent garage that can read the codes or a modile technition

That was my thinking,
I did change the fuel filter in case,
But no change...

I have tried but no one seems to have one that reads 3 pin Fiat ECU,
Anyone know any garages in Winchester or Hampshire?

Shop around the dealers, mine charges £35 for diagnostic reading.
