Hi all, just wonderd where would i start if i wanted some rally style fog lamps on the front of my car? are they legal? easy to install? cheao or expensive to buy? just an idea ive got as i cant find mesh for the front long enough so thinking some rally carr style lights :) i dont a quick photo shop not very good but you get the idea of where ide want them and how many etc....

Legal if you dont use them and the angle supports on the back will pull dings up (and down) on the bonnet. They probably wont be much use anyway as there is nothing solid enough to mount them onto so they will shake about.

The very best are 7" dipping Cibies. But a set of long range HID spots would be as good (probably better) and a great deal smaller.

they dont suit the shape of the car imo, only look good on older boxy cars i.e mk1/mk2 Fiesta, escort etc...

There was a rally punto with a rally light pod,

I think there pretty expensive to buy, plus u have to take those covers off if you want to use them.

Can you not buy 2 pieces of the mesh and carefully join them up. Surely if you take your time and line them up 100% you wouldnt notice it.

Well im not too fussed about useing the lights the ones i got was off a mini and are too big, just a rough idea of how i wanted them etc i wouldent mind the covers just for looks and i could probly make brakets that come through that little slot to support the top lights not sure where i would start with the bottom ones, its something ive never seen on a punto or heard any one of doing it tryed a google search and come up with nouthing, so it unknow terratory for me just wonderd for some help and advise help astoo where do i start with them and things like that?
