Hi all.
I'd like to change my exhaust on my bravo, but i don't just want silly noise or just bolt on some lame fartcan.
I searched around a bit and i found this site ragazzon.it I believe it is the only site that you actually choose model fiat bravo t-jet 150 and you get a list with stuff for your model. But anyway.
So now i need your help, coz i dont have a clue what is what, if its actually worth it, what are my hp gains, and this lamda sensor stuff.. Here are the links to images: (use http please im not allowed to post links yet:eek:)

Thanx!!

I would suggest hunting down a custom exhaust specialist garage.

I took mine to a place called C&C Custom Exhausts in Hillington, and they did a smashing job on a custom made backbox and tips (yes they actually make them from scratch)

Here's a video of what it sounds like

Sounds Beautiful!! (y)
The thing is that here in Cyprus where i live, fiats arent popular cars, and most "specialists" have no clue about what there talking about. They told me stuff like "fiats cant be remapped. You have to change your ECU". I mean... for crying out loud.
That's why i want to buy something "off the shelf", from a known manufacturer, take it with me and say, here you go lad bolt this on. This way in my opinion if i buy for example an exhaust that is made specifically for our car i reduce their chance of fu****g up.

If your planning on sound... just remove the middle muffler or resonator (depending on what you want to call it) under the cabin. You cant miss it. It's huge! and then a small sports muffler and nice tip... My exhaust is an Australian made system. I didnt touch the CAT or anything else other then what I mentioned.

see below for my exhaust. I got no power loss. I dont think... The sound is nice and deap. I get backfires here and there which give your that smile :)

Not sure if that question was for me but, I got my exhaust done locally. All i changed was the rear muffler and the middle silencer which is called a resonator or middle muffler as some call it. I didnt get any warning signs or any issues. Engine runs fine. Car uses same fuel actually its even better TBH.

That answers my question mate!! :) thanx! BTW whats the song called at the begining of ur video?

Your welcome :) Click on the thanks tab so i gain more thanks hehehe...

Umm the song? I have no idea i got it off my younger brothers mp3 player at the time i made it...

Buy the Ragazzon, you wont be sorry. Worth every penny, and the sound is different from anything else.

Similar to this one, but more powerfull while moving..

Double tip looks nice but it sounds crap. I actually had 2 tips and had to change it to single tip. It gives a funny gurgle noise when accelerating. The air hits the centre where the two tips devide and makes a really bad noise.

Single tip IMO and it just looks different.

My exhaust i got isnt ragazzon. I know ragazzon is good quality however the one I have is a straight through. So no restriction. It wouldnt be any different. Unless you change or remove the CAT convertor and also place extractors.

to be honest you will waste your money. All you get is noise and just maybe a few extra power... not worth the thousands. Just go local and do it that way..

My 2 cents anyway.

Ragazzon is a good choice for a bolt-on exhaust, it would have been my choice had I not had mine custom made.

Your first link is a cat replacement pipe, you need this part if you want a cat:

You could always cut the Ragazzon pipe you had chosen and weld it to your cat.

Your second link is ok (y)

Here´s a picture of my T-Jet Sport with custom made exhaust. It´s
made here in Finland by Martelius exhaust.

hey dude, do you have a pix on the rear view of your quad exhaust?
how is it possible to cut into the rear bumper? especially on the driver's side? I was told by many workshops (in singapore) that it's not possible to cut the bumper on driver's side due to the structure of the car.
cheers!

A pleasure mate (y)

A friend of mine did the same installation to his Bravo with 2 x1 oval
outlet in Martelius. Now a third guy wants also to have his Bravo tuned
in that firm ...

The costs for making this set was 630 euros. Not so much, when you
think the power and the torque you got. Of course this isn´t the only
firm who does these jobs well, be patient with my stories ;), I´m just
telling my own experiences and like to share them.
