General Radio Tuning

I have a 2022 500E but have not been able to find a way of seeing the radio stations, presets or speaker adjustments. The radio is tuned as I can ask the car to play radio stations with no problem. Can someone please advise me. Thanks

I have the same problem. I also have e 2022 Fat 500E. Since last update a few weeks ago, the media button on the left of the screen does not show media anymore. I cannot see any radio station etc. playing radio is only possible by voice command. when pushed the media button, the comfort screen is shown. I am also looking for advice. Thanks for help.

Try rebooting the UConnect. Hold the volume thumbwheel on the centre console down for (I think) 30 sec. Then a short press to restart it.

Thank you Kicksev. Tried your method twice but no luck, so I did a full factory reset from the centre screen which has worked.

I want to try a factory reset. it starts with a message telling me that the camera, radio and some support functions will not be available. Will these functions after reset automatically be available again?

I have just done a factory reset through the vehicle/settings on the main screen which gave me the media function again. I had to reset my home address in navgation, reload my phone and contacts and set my preset radio staions. Everything else stayed the same, as far as I can tell I hope this helps.
