General Radio Problem

Hi all, :bang:
I have a 1900Td Marea weekend 1997, I have misplaced my user guide and need to reset the radio so it will come on when i switch the ign on, I remember (I think) that you had to hold the ON button down when switching ign on but thats it. Can any help me
