Technical Radio head wiring

Hi all,
I have a adria motorhome that has a reverse camera, I am changing the radio to a head unit, the reverse camera has a round multi pin connector that doesn’t connect to the head unit plug is there a adapter that will do this or can I cut the multipin plug off and join the wiring , how many wires are in the rind plug and how would I know where to connect? I’m not that good with electrical stuff as you can probably tell

False economy for me.
Doubt a 10 year old camera is best suited for the new head unit.
I recently installed (and it works) a new Pioneer which has basic installation instructions.
Camera was a straight plug and play.
