Radio Error Messages

Hello

My Brava radio is giving me error messages 'Error 1' and 'Error 2'. The display will then go blank and the the radio will come back on afew minutes later.

It will also not respond to turning up the volume, or switch channels until about 2 minutes after I have pressed the button.

Any ideas as to what the error messages mean or what the problem is?
