General Radio dead

Hello all!! I Have a 2016 500 easy that I just had the tcm fuse replaced on. Now, my radio and touch screen don't work.. I need HELP!! ANY and all information will be greatly appreciated!

Not knowing how 'different' the Mexico built 500 is ...

When you say screen and radio

Do you mean basically everything between the Gear selector and windshield?

Or are certain elements still functioning?


IF you have just had the car worked on,

I am guessing this is related...BUT if its deeply inconvenient to take it back to the workshop

You can always look for a Blown fuse..

Dont look any deeper.. as the Workshop may just ignore 'your new fault'

Hello! Thank you for answering my question! I did just bring it home from the shop yesterday, and it was them that Informed me it wasn't working along with " we dont have any oem radios in stock and dont install aftermarket radios". If I remember correctly, ( the car belongs to my daughter, and has been sitting several months not running )the radio was working before it quit running. Everything else on the dash works except for the buttons directly beneath the touchscreen. I did check all of the fuses and every fuse in the box is in working order..so.. I havent a clue where to go now..
Again..thank you for your answer and advice to the thread..it is greatly appreciated.
