Technical Radio code?

Hi, my puntos radio is displaying CODE and i don't know what the code is. The car is a W reg, the radio is a Blaupunkt Fiat Punto LOW and the number on it is BP937227242588 another number on it is 7649372316 and another number is 021426.

If anyone could help me i would very much appreciate it.
