Radio code required urgently

HELP!!!
I have just received a new company van. The radio was displaying "enter code" I couldn't find the card that was supplied with the van but found a piece of paper with a 4 digit number written on it. I assumed this was the code so entered it only to find it wasnt
The radio is now displaying "radio blocked/wait"
Can anyone PLEASE HELP me obtain the correct code as I am getting sick listening to my terrible singing.
