Radio / Clock

Ok, so pretty much most of us will have replaced the stock radio unit for a real one.
Only thing is though, the clock is part of the display.
Personally, when i'm using my cd/mp3 headunit, i have it showing the track details, and not the clock.

Has anyone done a 'mod' to fit a clock into the dash, or maybe inti the interior light moulding instead, and if so, what donor vehicle did you get a clock from ?

The best ones I know of so far to mod are the (R)Over 214/414 etc type ones as they are fairly small in overall size.

I'm interested in doing this, I use my phone in its holder to see the time but its a pain when I've chucked it in the boot in my bag.

thats a downside about the bravo not having a clock in it.I just have my stereo's clock on all time now

Sussed it ,, I got one of these coming from flea bay, after emailing seller, yes, they will split and send just one unit, so now its an easy mod for anywhere in the Brav' as a backlight need be just an LED connected to the lighting circuit. Maybe on the centre dash part where the foggy switches sit maybe.
