Hi there!
I'm facing an unusual issue (for me at least), when I start the aircon the radiator fan does not engage. Checked fuses, relays, resistance for the 1-st speed and they are all ok. I can even start it through MES, on both speeds and when engine gets warm it starts also, but not when the aircon is on.
The AC pump engages, it sends cold air, but only for a brief period while stationary and continuously while the car is moving at some speed (so the air can move through the radiator). There is gas pressure (hence the pump engaging), but goes up very high, while stationary, due to fan not starting.
The car is a 2004 Stilo 5 door, hatch, 1.9 jtd 140 HP and with dual zone climate control...
Any thoughts on the matter are welcome...
