LRO4539 just trying a quick post as a "Newbie".
Look forward to reading posts, as well as putting a few of my own ramblings forward for criticism(?) !
Not long ago retired from motor trade (not Fiat ) and always interested to see other folks opinions/solutions etc. to problems encountered in their ownership of their chosen car.

being "of a certain age"..

you'll have at least SEEN FIAT's heyday in the 80' / early 90's

nowadays it's a 500 or nothing..

VARESECRAZY - I remember them way before that ! Suicide door 500s and 600s etc.
I originally worked in a Fiat franchise in the late 1960's helping out during school holidays before becoming an apperntice (remember them??!!). Then qualified as a mechanic. NOT a "technician" !
I always recall the days I'd be given a job of taking out a 500 gearbox in the morning, and we'd rebuild it whilst having our lunch then pop it back in the afternoon.
Oh for such simplicity now!
