just got 1.6 bravo 78000 miles, (R reg)
no recent history.. hence getting new cambelt& tensioner (full kit); fanbelt (while they are in there); waterpump, coolant.. oil & filter; air-filter; spark-plugs;

should i get gearbox oil, brake fluid and power steering fluid also changed? is there anything else i should get done?

rear wiper not working at all.. is it worth asking the garage to take a look? (it's not fiat specialist - can't afford them!)

Thanx in advance

ps. i love this car!

the rear wiper is a waste of time tbh with you mate, if you have the money just get everything serviced, especially with no service history.

If you really want the rear wiper, you will probably need a new motor. Should be available at a scrappy near you but you will probably find it will only die again.

Where are you based, if in south east pop up to powerfiat they offer a really good price.

having recently had both the gearbox oil and brake fluid changed myself I would recommend it. Makes a lot of difference.

And as said above, Powerfiat do a good price and have a good reputation too.

Shabash!

Waterpump is not essential either as the Cambelt doesn't go round it on the 1.6
