Own a 2000(x) HGT. 60(somethingk miles.
Not having any problems (I dont think), but just after general info from other HGT drivers maybe?
How do you know if a MAF is faulty?
Will it gradually deteriorate or all of a sudden become knackard?
Should you periodically clean it?
Whats the best thing to use to clean, petrol?
My car is fine. It shifts fine on 2nd gear all the way to 5.5k revs, but after that still goes but not as "hard" as 3.5k to 5.5k revs, this normal?
Would love to clean MAF, but darnt risk breaking it especially if functing ok.
Love to "try" a brand new one to see if that makes a difference, again dont want to spend £70+ on something unnecessary!
