Does anyone know the inner diameter of the tubing used for the overboost valve?
I want to replace mine with some silicone tubing as I think there maybe a split somewhere.

Thanks

Just get some vacuum pipe/ injector leakoff pipe from any motor factors. It is black flexable pipe with a braid round the outside. Good for everything.

Yeah I had thought about that John but wasn't sure if it had to have a certain diameter or not to allow a specific air flow, etc.
I suppose it can't hurt to try it unless i break the old pipes getting them off, mmmmm

You can heat the exsiting solid pipes and they become flexable. I used my plumbing gas tourch to warm up and bend the pipes when I relocated the overboost valve.
If taking off the old pipes, be careful not to snap off the plastic inlet and outlet ports on the overboost valve itself. They are not strong.

Great idea, I probably wouldn't have thought about that and just pulled them off.
My valve is already relocated so shouldn't be too hard to take one off and check the size.
thanks
