Technical Question on the radiator fan connect?

Hello,

My 500 is 2008 1.4 v16 manual, and yesterday it show me engine overheat. So I check on engine room, and find out the radiator fan not run.

I also check the fuse box and relay, both of them are OK. So my next step is to test the radiator fan, after remove the air filter box which can easy access to the radiator fan power connector, I also pull the yellow switch out, and try many way, it also can't be opened.


Did anyone know how to open it, please provide me the answer?

My car is in the garage today having a new air cooler unit (or something) as my twinair started overheating. Thankfully mine is under warranty as this part would have cost £608 including fitting 8/

I really hope this isn't the problem with yours and I'm sorry that I don't have any advice on how to open the part.

I hope you sort it quickly and simply
