Question on fiat 1050cc engine

Is the 1050cc push rod engine the same as the 903cc to look at or has it got a different rocker cover.Can a 903 block be bored out to 1050.Does anyone know what mods the A112 1050cc Abarth [70bhp] had over the standard [58bhp] version.
