im trying to decide where to put my cold air feed pipe because i have a standard hlx bumper and i want to keep my spot lights has anyone any ideas please thanks very much

i have good brakes! do you have good insurance?

Yeah on the JTD you have another hole on the right hand side in the bumper where the black part is under the numberplate. to the drivers side you have the place for the tow hook but on the passenger side there is nothing on a petrol so cut a hole out there.

This is an SX bumper but you see the holes im on about. Cut a hole and bobs your uncle.

cheers Joske thats where i was thinking about but wasnt too sure if it was the place to put it

Unless the air feed is dedicated (i.e. the only feed the air intake will get is from it) then it doesnt really matter as only around 5-10% of the air will come from it. Put it wherever you like!

trust me i have tried everywhere and nothing is better than the original cold air feed. thats the case for my hgt anyway, it maybe different on the engines with a bit more room
