Technical Qubo wiper issue

Can anyone help, my qubo passenger wiper stopped working. I remember this happened to a Punto I had and I couldn't buy the linkage bars separate. I have just seen linage bars on ebay for £29. the question I have is when I try to get my wiper arms off to get to the linkage they wont budge. I have undone the nuts but they wont come off. I can see what looks like a serrated washer which might be holding them. I don't want to force them off. Any ideas?

Yes, a puller is what you need, you will never get the buggers off with out it

Halfords or most tool places will have them..............or to save cash, try a tool hire dealer, though that can be as dear as buying one.............and if you buy it you have it for next time................
