Qubo Section

PLease can we have a section for the Qubo / Fiorino

It's already been discussed. Basically, if the section would get the traffic then it will get created. ATM there's only a small number of threads that specifically talk about the Qubo.

And Qubo has such a cool name, that I added it just for the sake of it
