Q.Re Light eyebrows - technically, are they illegal?

They are not illegal, as no one does the quad light conversion for brava/o this is the other alternative in my eyes,

They're not allowed to cover up a certain amount of the light (same with 'badboy' bonnets)

However having dark hair I think light eyebrows might make people suspicious

I'm just about to put the second coat of lacquer on now! Silly's good. i don't mind silly. My car already brightens peoples day so chuckle at my eyebrows is cool too. Personally I think they're guna look meeeean!
