Technical Push start/stop problems

Hi. My 2016 fullback is having real problems with the push start/ stop.button. it can take 10 to 20 attempts to start it, and same with the stop. I have had new batteries put in the key fob remote, a new battery and still it doesn't want to start. Any ideas
