punto suspension noise

Hi I've been a member, for awhile,but this is my first posting. my punto is making a terrible noise when i go over any bumps, he's due his mot in 2 weeks, could it be the suspension noise or something else. It sounds as though his bottom is gonna fall off! Also the lighter is not working could it be a fuse or does the whole thing need replacing ( i need it for the satnav!) cheers for reading & thanks if you reply!:worship:
